What is StreamRX's refund policy?

We don't offer refunds because once we complete the analysis of a pharmacy's drugs and Part D plans, clients have immediate access to this valuable information. Since this digital content can be easily captured via screenshots, we can't retract the service once it's delivered. Our no-refund policy protects our intellectual property and ensures fair use of our expertise.

Can I analyze more than 100 drugs or 5 insurance plans?

Yes! While our Standard plan includes 100 drugs and 5 plans, you can easily add more to your subscription at checkout by selecting our Plus or Premium plans.

This aligns with Medicare's annual updates, ensuring you always have the most current data. Your subscription will automatically renew each year. If you choose not to continue, you can easily cancel through your account settings or by emailing support@streamrx.co.
